Bill Gates said this, so where is the simplicity? It seems to me that the vested interest is to make it harder to utilize what you paid for.

At the beginning of the article, there was a description of a world where you download movies and music then watch/listen to them anywhere you chose. OK, we already do that... So why are the Blue Meanies making a big deal out of pretending that is what they wanted all along while at the same time trying to send everyone to jail for doing just that?

It's never about their copyrights-it's all about the Benjamins! If Gates is jumping on the bandwagon, there must be a $100 bill on a string in front of his nose.
