Blame anything but that. Nevermind customers might be finding out they can get 95% of the functionality of the bigger systems by careful planning of a system they build themselves for a fraction of the cost. And they're not locked into an upgrade cycle or maintenance contracts.
Or that many companies are finding open source solutions to many of their software needs.
