Double Dipping?
It sounds as though the federal governmet wants us to pay twice. If you take a close look at your phone bill those taxes are already taken out. Now they want us to pay taxes on our dial-up, DSL, or cable lines and then pay again when we use that connection to make internet phone calls. This does not make sense.
