Apple TV ad banned in U.K.

What computer can you buy right now....

in the UK with and AMD Athlon 64-bit processor? I looked
on the Dell UK website and they don't sell it. In order for
the AMD Athlon 64-bit processor to be the engine of a
faster computer than the G5, it would have to be available
now. Is it and where?

I looked here: http://www.amd.com/gb-uk/ and AMD do
not make a claim that it is the best or fastest. However, in
the US, http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/
ProductInformation/0,,30_118_9484,00.html they claim it
is the best pc processor in the world - (does PC mean
Windows? Odd, since Apple was the inventor of the PC)

Maybe since AMD makes a different claim in the UK than in
the US as well, all companies are well-advised that few
people can cost your advertising budget dearly just on the
speculation that something better and faster has been
brought to market between benchmark time and air time.
The ITC has no proof that Apple is wrong, just complaints.
