I think you spend way too much time on your computer,
writing responses before thinking.

It was a girl, not a boy. She wasn't using the phone at the
time - it was in her back pocket. So how does this support
your theory that "...teens spent WAY TOO MUCH time
nowdays talking on cell-phones"
?

Or am I wrong the girl is to blame for using a phone with
"pyrotechnic batteries"? Perhaps she should have chosen
the nuclear fusion battery, it's way classier and fully
excuses any excess phone time she may run up.
