The consumer PC market never really took off until PCs fell below $1000. I therefore don't believe MS expects consumers to be interested in buying surface computers now. I believe this technology along with [url=http://tinyurl.com/ypp8m8]cheaper Smart display, multitouch technologies[/url], will open up a new category of kiosk type computing within businesses, which will wind up going into homes, when the price comes sufficiently down.
