Its hard to know whether the lawsuit and decision are reasonable without knowing what they are about. Its easy to spout off about evil manufacturers who try to milk consumers with overpriced supplies, but this could be about actual counterfeit cartridges, passed off as actual Canon products. If that is the case, it is a perfectly reasonable decision and one that is ultimately good for consumers.

This article looks like its simply an attack on the 3rd party cartridge industry. If that is true, then I agree 100% with KNorthern Knight about the greedy sleazebags.
