Nope, no bias, just cold fact
Germany is one of several European countries attempting to break down barriers to sell arms and military tech to China.

German companies were involved in the selling of dual use WMD technology to Iraq, and are suspected of the same for Libya and Syria.

I have no animus towards Germans or Germany - heck to use the hackneyed phrase 'I even married one.....'

Maybe peek a look at a reputable news source now and again and learn something of current events?
