Serving two masters
The obvious problem is the conflict between Sony's technology
folk and their record company folk. The record company is so
paranoid about copyright infringement that they're willing to
sabotage the technology end of things. Which is funny,
considering what a tiny amount of money the recordings make
when compared to the technology divisions.
