The great thing about the Internet is you can watch companies flop in real time:

The first peak on the graph is the launch, the second I think is advertising and the McDonalds promotion.

But look at the "Page views per visitor", only 1.9, these are not visitors looking for records and staying around to buy.

For comparison look at http://www.magnatune.com (a smaller independant) with 3.0 page views per visitor.

I don't think Sony is doing well. I point the finger at their DRM.
