Sony hasn't been a great supporter for digital music, leargely because all of their devices & software support only ther close ATRAC3 formet. In Asia, while Sony is the market leader of vitually every electronics products, they are lagging far, far behine in digital music player. There are many cheaper MP3 Judebox players on the market. Unless they Sony open their ATRAC3 format & make it more user-friendly, there really is no reason to consider Sony's players.
