I was thinking something similar... if anyone even wanted to get rid of their iPod to get the Dell DJ, why on Earth would they go through Dell's rebate plus exchange process to get $100 in 6-8 weeks? Even the original 5GB iPods are still commanding $150-200 on eBay.
