Throwing money away
It's pretty amazing to watch some of these music download and
player companies flailing. I mean seriously, who is writing their
business plan? First, you've got Napster, which is hemorhagging
money, so their solution is to throw more money away by giving
away their hardware with an online subscription, and then
throwing away more money to partner up with BestBuy where
they'll have to go head to head with the superior iPod. Now you
have Dell, who can't crack the market, expecting someone to
trade in a superior piece of technology for an inferior one.
Ridiculous.
