The devil with the "big boys"
You can't upgrade a larger manufacturer's machine because they make theirs more specific to their parts (like Gateway). Personally, I have had it with the larger companies, all they make is garbage. THREE TIMES I've had a Compaq notebook in for repairs, and it STILL breaks down! That's all these big companies do, is make garbage that can't be upgraded or repaired! I've had it! I'm building my own desktop, and when I've built a second one I'll build my own laptop. I'm not wasting any more money on big company garbage.
