Dell Tech Support useless
I purchased a product 6 months ago that has never worked properly. Email support offers contradictory solutions, phone support tells me to call back later because their system is down (when I can understand them), in-home support is equally useless. I just want it fixed or my money back. Dell does not respond to this. I will never purchase or recommend Dell again. They don't care.
