dells customer service
i ordered a dell computer several weeks ago my method of payment was the only one i could pay by which was a money order. the salesperson did not bother to tell me that i would be a problem. they received the money order 6 weeks ago and im still waiting for my computer. i choose a dell because of their reputation but im here to tell you i wish i never heard of them. i recently today spoke with a salesperson again about my order , it seems that everytime i call their solution is to reorder , reorder, and reorder some more. i really think that im going to seek leagal advise on this matter before it is resolved. my wories are that if i do ever receive that future customer care problems will be handled in the same way . i would not recommend anyone from this point on to purchase a dell. i requested something to compensate my troubles and the best they could do was a free printer, not a all in one but a regular 30.00 printer from wal-mart mighy big of them wasnt it. but wait ive not received any thing as of yet. they also advertised a online chat with a customer care representative which lead to this site this is hardly an online chat but the only way i could get the word out DONT BUY A DELL
