- Dell Tech Support
- I purchased a Dell 4600 in June 04. Called tech support on July 30 and Aug 6th to ask what type of DVD media to use. I'm still waiting. I was referred to a supervisor who didn't know any more than the 1st level. Both times I was promised a call back with no response. Who has an address to write a complaint letter to Michael Dell. There are also other issues.
