Sony to sell PS3 chip production lines to Toshiba

So... best selling bluray device depends on HDDVD champion?...: I have read a lot about this and although of-course I appreciate that there are numerous business divisions etc. etc; does nobody else see it as at-all ironic that the blu-ray inventor has it's trojan horse (the PS3) production now dependent on production facilities hosted by the HDDVD inventor (OK - co-inventor)?...
