Expensing Options not same as blocking options
"If you don't want the company to issue employee stock options, use the power of the proxy to override it. "

Oh but I do want them to issue options, I just want to know what they are costing me.

This is the big lie, that expensing options is the same as blocking options. This is the lie pushed forward by these fake groundswell campaigns.

Coca Cola expenses options and still issues options. So do many reputable companies with honest accounts.

The only companies that have to stop issuing options are the ones who misued them to reduce the wage bill and pad the profit & loss account.
If they expense options, the shareholders realise what they've been up to.
