Snoring or OSA
As someone who has obstructive sleep apnea I hope it works for him and
others who snore, but don't have OSA. For those who aren't sure it's wise to
look at OSA indicators - night time reflux, high blood pressure, waking up
tired, etc. For those with OSA there is need to keep the airway open and
positive airway pressure devices are very good at stinting the airway. The
best indicator is having a bed partner who tells you that you not only snore,
but stop for a short time and then restart with a "snort". For those with OSA
the pillow will probably be useless. sad
