Don't know about all of them...
I think it would be safe to say that any supercomputer in the Top 500 exceed several million dollars in price. Some of the labeled "supercomputers" are really standard PCs linked together by GB Ethernet switches and controlled by a central computer. The mentioned Apple supercomputer was really a bunch of G5s clustered together. You can do the same with Intel compatible systems using a UNIX or UNIX varient operating system. YMMV

In many cases the true cost of the cluster or supercomputer isn't even the machine itself. You need a massive pad to park the beast, you need a completely redesigned air conditioning system, you can imagine the electrical bill, and the cost of the OS license (if any) needed for stringing several thousand PCs together...
