How much do these systems cost? (I assume it is millions)

Are any of these available for purchase out-of-the-box or are they all custom built?

Do IBM, Dell, Intel, NEC, etc, make a profit on these kinds of systems, or are they just expensive science projects?

If anyone knows the answers to these questions, I would be interested in reading your response.
