You keep posting that and I keep having to correct you, so please, STOP. This has to be at least the 50th time you've posted that FUD.

There is nothing in the licensing that prevents you from virtualizing OS X on Apple branded hardware. The issue stems from virtualizing OS X on non-Apple hardware. Microsoft, by the way, does not allow blanket virtualization of Vista, either. If VMWare and/or Parallels enable virtualizing of Mac OS X, anyone who uses that on non-Apple branded hardware would be breaking their EULA.
