iPod gets touchy, with price cut
Semi-cool. Still overpriced for what you get. As interesting as the iPod touch sounds its not worth it as a media player right now. Not until the boost the available storage. $399 for a 16gb device just won't cut it nowadays. It will hold a lot of music but what about videos? Your average movie is about 4.7gb, taking up almost half of one iPod touch and almost a third of the other. Now lets say you are traveling all day and have a long layover in the Atlanta airport (which isn't nearly as bad as Newark) and all you can watch is one or two movies because thats all your device holds. You will get bored rather quickly with that. Neat device and I'd like to get one but the price/performance ratio just isn't there.
