You can buy drug paraphenalia and be legal to possess such even though chance are you probably use them for drugs.

Funny thing, I know many people who are in possesion of enough pot to charge with possession for the purposes of trafficking but they don't sell it as it's purely for personal use. The people who make these laws really are clueless.
