- Whats the point?
- What is the tax for? That is the real question... Why are we taxing people to access the internet? I thought the reason we had taxes where to take money and use that money for services related to the products and services being taxed. What services is the government going to extend to the public in regards to internet access? I really want to know! Anyone have anwsers? We are already in debt like 500 trillion dollars (exageration), why does the government need this money? They have survived thus far on no taxation on the internet, i urge people to write to there senators and congressmen, why should we pay another dime to the govornment for no purpose? If the tax money will give me a benifit on the internet like more secuirty or something fine so be it, but just to tax to give themselves pay raises... forget it
