Taxes and Internet Taxes
The real question is what to tax to pay for necessary (to be defined) services. Taxes are a necessary cost of democracy. One way or the other the governments, weather federal, state or local need $$$$ to provide services.

Since the consensus seems to be that the Internet is an absolute necessity, Internet taxes should, atleast, be applied to provide, at an affordable cost, service to all.
