Apple & AMD.....
From the websitte (http://www.hypertransport.org/faqs.html)

5. Who are the Founding Members of the Consortium?
Advanced Micro Devices, Alliance Semiconductor, Apple
Computer, Broadcom Corporation, Cisco Systems, NVIDIA, PMC-
Sierra, Sun Microsystems, and Transmeta.

As you can see Apple is a founding member of the technology
(as is AMD) and you could just as easily say that AMD is using
Apple technology.
