everyone speeds now and then when road conditions are safe, can you imagin cities setting speed limits lower then should be, just to get some extra cash from the outa towners - i can

police are there to catch people driving "UNSAFE", the speed limit laws, seat belt laws, ect... are just there to help them keep us safe...but

you could have 1000 cars going 5 mph over speed limit and one guy going 15 below and it is really the guy following the law that is causing the most danger... things are never black and white, like a computer thinks, thus computers should not issue tickets, humans should still handle this with a personal touch
