Why would customers buy from a brick & mortar store who only pre-orders your computers? Whats the point of a phisical store that don't have goods. Sorry I never got it. I went into a Gateway when I were looking for a new computer and were shocked. I immediately walked out and went to CompUSA. No wonder they are doing bad. If I want to wait for my order I would order it online.
