no shortage of oil

Did you read Squawk's post? There's no shortage of OIL, it's a shortage of REFINERIES to convert that oil into gasoline. The refineries can't put out any more product than they already are, and we haven't been permitted to build any new ones in the past 30 years thanks to environmental over-regulation and NIMBY attitudes.

And if you believe we just "stole" a bunch of oil, I have a bridge I'd like to sell you.
