Absolutely NOT!

The Telecommunications industry still has NOT learned their lesson. They need MORE regulating! Why?

My mother - an old woman on Social Security - just got her phone bill. $30 for a ONE MINUTE collect call!! Competition? What Competition!!! You're damned right I wrote my congressperson and the PUC. It's sad when a senior citzen can't even afford to have a phone - period. She still pays $25 with NO FEATURES -- not even long distance. She can't use cell phones because of her hearing aids otherwise she could probably get a better deal.
