Regulation of the airwaves is the reason for a Federal Government
Lets not sell any air waives to multi-national corporations. Take for example the universal access possible by air waives currently dedicated to TV channels 60 through 68. That air is about to be sold by the FCC. Once sold it is unregulated. Our country holds contracts dear and it will be impossible to prevent porn or any other use that is detrimental to our way of life one that air is sold. Lets say it gets purchased by Al Quada and becomes the terrorist training network.

Lets also point out how those same channels 60 through 68 can be use as they were intended 4 decades ago. They were intended for interactive TV - what we would call today Web 2.0. Now see the benefit.

The universal access is not only fully mobile (current cell phones are only mobile at pedestrian speeds) but in gives universal access to health care by video phone. So doctors can assist at the site of the accident, which becomes very important in the USA as the highway structures crumble and traffic prevents access to a hospital or emergency room.
