I'm so tired of this (and not just for computers)
But in this rare occasion I'm going to try and stay on point (partly because this in many ways covers many other area's of our lives and our choices)

What does it matter? Faster CPU? The OS of Choice? The software we use?

As long as we are happy with the choice we've made then what's all the fuss about? As long as we get the work and play that we need, and or want to do why the endless conflict, name calling and such?

If I use a Mac and am happy with my choice...Then why do you or others care? If you use a PC and Linux and are pleased with what you have, why should I care? If you use Windows...who cares? We are all free (for the time being) to choose at anytime to try something else if our original choice turns out to be wrong for us, are we not?

I've heard of MS being often refered to as the Evil Empire, and Apple/Mac users refered to be a Cult who worships at the alter of Steve. (How many of us can see other area's of life where these very same attitudes come into play?) Each side chooses to pay attention to only what they see as the negatives of the other side, and would sooner eat crushed glass than to admit even to themselves that there might be some positives in the other. (Again seen any of that in other areas of society?) MS...Evil, Apple...Cultists. MS...NBM. Apple...Refuses to see the truth! It goes on and on and on...sigh.

We are doomed:)
