- The story just keeps replaying...
- One year AMD is up and Intel is down. The next year Intel is up and AMD is down. I've been hearing every year that Intel is up that AMD is doomed and every year that AMD is up that Intel is doomed. Neither company is going anywhere so welcome the competition that keeps either of these companies from completely soaking the consumer. You think either Intel or AMD wouldn't raise their prices 50% or more if there weren't competition keeping them at least a little honest?
