Wireless phone users have completely perplexed the wireless industry by requesting a feature that is unknown to their upper managegment and marketing departments. They, amazingly, would like to use their wireless phones to make phone calls. This could throw the entire industry into a tailspin as companies try to figure out what this feature is all about.
