the problem with AMD computers
many times is the people who build them, see the cheap (read: low priced) CPUs and bundle them with cheap (read: crappy) motherboards and othe rparts...
This has given AMD a bad rep. I heard other people in my IT department talking abotu how Athlon PCs they bought failed so quickly and they'd never by AMD again.. whereas, my agency has Athlon PCs (built to specs i made), that have been running smoothly for years with NO compatability or hardware problems.

a lesson for peopel who buy AMD PCs, don't trust bargan basement crap. Make sure you know everything that's inthe computer... especially the motherboard and hard drives..

NOTE: Not making any accusations against you, just stating what mistakes i've heard other people do.
