this is intel telling MS to grow up and play nice in the park
see ... MS threatened INTEL a few time, cost INTEL billions of dollars in lost revenue and outright loss of hundreds of millions in chip R&D (like remember MMX and its potential to deliver real multimedia outside the OS).

Now, if this takes over, MS is just one of the boys using the HW rather than the one using the OS to define the HW!
