Also a bad news for Microsoft Pocket PCs.
Microsoft does not make money selling PocketPCs. It is losing money having to subsidize the making of the Pocket PCs.

Sony's withdrawal shows that the market for handhelds sucks. And when the market sucks, it is even worse for Microsoft because the monopoly will still have to subsidize the cost of making the Pocket PCs even sales are dropping.
