Yes, they drop the ball here and there, and they are still the biggest.
Sorry but with all of MS's money, they are still small potatoes to the likes of IBM. Has IBM misstepped a number of times? OF course they have, all big (and small) companies do. But in the long run, they are still the top dog in IT products and services.
