Where Apple wins where PC companies fail..
...they have such an image. Mind you, I'm an avid PC user, Windows Mobile 5-powered PocketPC/Smartphone user, and an ardent fan of Windows Vista. It's frustrating, because I love this stuff -- but Michael Dell isn't at any Dell kiosks handing out the new Inspirons to waiting customers. He doesn't hype up his products.

It's sad, really. Apple genuinely tries to make damn good products, and they're really proud of them. PC companies just sit and deliver. It's rather sad. sad
