Most of that..
has been available for a very long time. The only one that can't is the internet enabled fridge. It is just a matter of how much you are willing to pay for it. Personally, I don't like the idea of my appliances being on the internet. I can just see some kid hacking into my system, turning all my oven burners on, then telling the gas fireplace to turn the gas on. KABOOM!

IMHO, people are trying to do too much. Slow down, enjoy life. Don't worry if you can't afford that shiny new thing-a-ma-jig. You don't need it anyways.
