Wish they would offer it period...
They claimed for years that DSL would be available to me when the CO (central office) got the DSL equipment installed in it. Now the CO has DSL equipment installed and they "discovered" that my line is serviced from a RSU (remote switching/service unit) and they have no plans to upgrade it. In the meantime they collect taxes or fees to support upgrading "rural areas" Well, I say they aren't really upgrading rural areas they don't consider to be profitable anyway. The forced subsidies to support improving "rural areas" should be dropped.
