What a joke.

These corporate goons come up with spin that would make a politician envious. Hiring? Emerging markets? It all boils down to the same thing. Outsourcing! Exploitation of cheap labor! Barrett and Otellini don't want Intel associated with the dreaded 'O' word so they hire a bunch of PR hacks to come up with nice, fluffy, business-like terms.

Hey Barrett and Otellini, it's getting boring already! Just say it! You like cheap labour and Intel will do whatever is necessary to get as much of it as possible.

You ever notice corporations and the Bush administration both are starting to sound like broken records. They repeat their nice, fluffy statements repeatedly hoping the public will start to believe. For Bush, it's the war, economy, etc. For corporations, it's outsourcing and exploitation of cheap labor.
