This was the funniest articles I've read for a while. I guess if you's that much money to play with you can tilt a windmills as much as you like. The last cluster venture that MS tried doesn't exactly encourage confidence, it had more problems than any regular windows maching and was limited to the number of nodes.

They are to improve the remote control of individual systems, improve inter-process communications and I like the small comment about improving the security, that's a good one.

That should make a perfect target for the virus writers.

I guess we are in for some fun times with XP Reloaded, Revloutions, while we wait for the Mad Cow Longhorn. Like everything else out of MS, full of promises short on fulfilment. Although on the bright side I guess it may improve the levels of employment in the IT industry, someone has to apply all the patches.
