Why do you think this is new?
Nokia started shipping it's 770 a couple of years ago. It's a Linux-based device using opera and offering about the same things (including the same mistakes) as is Palm.

The Nokia 770 and 800 haven't set the world on fire for a number of reasons including, an underpowered processor, the requirement for a separate Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone for network access.

I'm not interested in adding yet another device to my briefcase.
