Did you read his post? If you did, you would see he is not blaming Dell for not being able to download music, he is blaming them for having English-illiterate people in customer service, that were unable to properly help him with his problem.

Unfortunately, I have had to call Dell support, and when you are able (occasionally) to understand the support person, they make little, to no sense. They obviously read from "scripts", and when your problem expands outside of these "scripts", they are completely lost. Hiring plain-speaking, technically knowledgable support personnel would go a long ways towards helping them recover their lost profits. Until then, they are going to continue seeing their bottom-line deteriorate.
