Yes, the lack of language training with Dell tech support will be a Harvard Business School review case study some day in "how not to".
And aside from the B.S. claim Mikey made that "90% of Americans shop at WalMart", I will claim that English isn't spoken so well there either. Not to mention that a Dell product will be sold with the same level of staff capability as a hammer or simple hand tool.
