What Wal-Mart means to Dell

Amen to that!: Truer words were never spoken. Outsourcing shows how little these companies care about their customers after the sale.

I am sick and tired of having to deal with Indian customer service reps. Constantly having to ask them to repeat themselves. And oh yes, I really don't believe that they have names like Kevin and Peter, either. And the advice...one told me to turn off my firewall when I was having trouble downloading a few songs from an online music store!

I would gladly pay more for a purchase like a PC if it meant that we got to talk to people whose native language is English. Years ago, this type of outsourcing would have been unthinkable. Now anything goes for the almighty dollar.
