- Dell Did It To Themselves!
- When India took over their customer support, using call-takers who can't be understood due to their heavy accents, Dell might have gotten a quick bottom line euphoria, but erupted a loss of retail customers that is now eating them alive - lost customers that won't come back. Dell came from no - where to the top solely on quality and perceived customer service, and then threw it all away for quick profits. How sad and stupid...
